Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

• the day you acquire physical possession of the goods; or
• for multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the day you acquire physical possession of the last good; or
• for goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces, the day you acquire physical possession of the last lot or piece.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires.

You may use the following statement:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [order details], ordered on [date] / received on [date], name of consumer, address of consumer."

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Returning Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated by us.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, where permitted by applicable law, to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items.
• Digital content supplied electronically where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
• Other products or services exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
